If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be 13 years or older to use McMethods. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
McMethods is an independent business.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with McDonald’s Corporation, any McDonald’s franchise, or their subsidiaries.
All McDonald’s trademarks, menu items, and branding remain the property of McDonald’s Corporation.
McMethods simply places orders at McDonald’s on behalf of users at a discounted rate determined by McMethods.
McMethods acts as the merchant of record, meaning:
You pay McMethods directly.
McMethods places your order at McDonald’s on your behalf.
You pick up your order at the McDonald’s location you selected.
Pricing is set solely by McMethods and may differ from McDonald’s listed prices.
We accept:

Apple Pay (HS/CTC students only)
In-person cash (HS/CTC students only)
By submitting payment, you authorize McMethods to place an order on your behalf.
Payments are non-refundable (see Section 8).

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Account management and authentication are handled by AuthPro, a third-party service.
By using McMethods, you agree:
To provide accurate store location, pickup instructions, and any required order information
To pick up your order promptly

However, an exchange policy is available (Section 8).

You must contact McMethods immediately through:
Instagram
Individual staff Snapchat accounts
In-person (for HS/CTC students)
You may be required to provide a photo.
McMethods will then either:
Replace the item
Exchange it for an item of equal value
All decisions are made at McMethods’ sole discretion. Abuse of the exchange system may result in refusal of service.
McMethods may offer member-only discounts, pricing, or promotions.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
McMethods is not obligated to honor expired deals or incorrectly input promo information.
McMethods uses third-party platforms for various functions:
AuthPro – Account management
Vercel – Technical hosting and order processing infrastructure
McDonald’s ordering system – For order placement on your behalf
These services have their own independent terms and privacy policies.
McMethods is not responsible for outages or failures of third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law:
McMethods is not liable for:
Food preparation errors
Pickup issues
Delays or restaurant closures

You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
McMethods may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
