Thank you for showing support to McMethods! We try our best to meet your needs and bring you quality McDonalds to school. However, we are not always perfect (and neither is McDonalds).
Items are eligible for replacement or exchange within the same day of purchasing.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Incorrectly prepared (e.g, wrong item received)
- Missing items from your order
- Received in an unacceptable condition (e.g, spoiled, severely damaged or unsafe to consume)
For health reasons, we do not accept exchanges on:
Food that has already been consumed (partial or full)
Items that were order incorrectly by the customer (e.g, wrong toppings)
Contact us immediately on Instagram, our individual Snapchat accounts or in person with details of the issue.
Provide a photo of the item, if requested, for quality review.
Once verified, we will:
- Replace the incorrect item with the correct one, OR
- Exchange the item for a different item of same value
Exchanges will not be granted for changes of mind, personal taste preferences or delayed pickup.
All decisions regarding exchanges are made solely at McMethods discretion. Exchanges may be declined if a request is found to be unreasonable, abusive, disrespectful, or otherwise inconsistent with our policy.
