What's the process of ordering McMethods nationwide?

You, the customer, will provide your order details to a McMethods employee. Your order details must include the following: Store Location (your stores location), Deal(s) used, your order contents, and pickup instructions (Counter, Drive Thru, Curbside). McMethods will automatically place an order using the same name you entered when you signed up for McMethods, so please make sure to use the correct name or edit your info in the "User Settings" box here. When the order is placed, you will receive a 4-digit code sent to you. You will also receive an automated screenshot in your email containing the McDonald's 4-digit code inside the McDonalds app for further validity if necessary.

For shipments, you will provide your order details to a McMethods employee. Your order details must include the following: Address (Address, City, State, Zip Code, Country), your phone number, your full legal name (should be the resident), delivery instructions, Deal(s) used, and your order contents. McMethods will place an order within 24hours at a McMethods employee's nearest McDonalds franchise. McMethods will immediately vacuum seal your order (no longer than 10 mins from received) and prepare it for shipment. For orders outside of our shipping window, a McMethods employee will place your order inside their freezer whilst being vacuum sealed. McMethods will ship your order out with 2-day priority USPS shipping. Please make sure to refrigerate your order immediately upon delivery for up to 12 hours.

McMethods is not responsible or liable for USPS complaints such as delays or lost shipments. Each shipment is insured for free up to $100; if you want to purchase higher insurance on your package please email jay@mcmethods.me or let us know in your order details. Please discard ANY orders that you purchased that took longer than 10 days to receive.

Reshipments cost $9.00. If you experienced an issue with McMethods delivery & it qualifies for an exchange, you can receive another item for free at your nearest McDonalds franchise.

How do I use my deals?

Register an account with McMethods and from there go to the Member-Exclusive deals page. Then, click the redeem button and screenshot, print, or show the coupon to one of our McMethods employees to redeem your deal.

Will there be McMethods after 2026?

As of 11/27/2025, we are hoping to extend McMethods beyond 2026, even though we originally said we probably aren't. McMethods is planning to extend McMethods beyond 2026, removing our main focus on feeding our local high schoolers.
This means, if all goes well, McMethods after 2026 will be a thing, and we will continue to provide discounted McDonalds nationwide--pickup or delivery.

What is McMethods?

McMethods started in mid-2024 when I discovered a way to get McDonald's at a more affordable price. McMethods was founded by Jay, a 17-year-old from Pennsylvania, who discovered a unique way to make McDonalds more accessible and affordable for local high school and CTC students. Originally exclusive to our local high school, McMethods now strives to provide you McDonalds in any 50 states of the U.S*, or straight to your lunch table, with prices being lower than their franchise!

I didn't order food, but I want McDonalds today. What can you do?

HS students, we often have extra food available for purchase, even if you didn't order. However, first come first serve, and we do not guarantee to have extra food everyday.

What is your policy on refunds?

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances when purchasing from McMethods. However, we do have an Exchange Policy, which if you have received food from us that is not up-to-quality, and meeting requirements, you may be able to replace or exchange the item.

Can I exchange snacks/candy for McDonalds?
