McMethods Ordering FAQ:

How do I place an order?

Send a McMethods employee your:

• Store Location

• Deal(s) used

• Items you want

• Pickup method (Counter, Drive Thru or Curbside)

What happens after my order is placed?

You will receive a 4-digit pickup code and an email screenshot for confirmation.

What do I need for shipping orders?

Contact jay@mcmethods.me for shipments. Provide your:

• Full address

• Phone number

• Full legal name

• Delivery instructions

• Deal(s) used

• Order contents

All orders are shipped out with USPS.

When does McMethods ship orders?

Mon-Sat: 8am - 7pm EST

Sun: CLOSED

What if USPS delays or loses my package?

McMethods is not responsible for USPS issues. All packages are insured up to $100 (extra available).

What if my order arrives late?

Discard any order that takes over 10 days to arrive. Contact a McMethods employee for reshipments.

How much are reshipments?

Reshipments cost $9. Qualified issues may be replaced for free at your local McDonald's.

How do I use my deals?

Register an account with McMethods and from there go to the Member-Exclusive deals page. Then, click the redeem button and screenshot, print, or show the coupon to one of our McMethods employees to redeem your deal.

What is your policy on refunds?

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances when purchasing from McMethods. However, we do have an Exchange Policy, which if you have received food from us that is not up-to-quality, and meeting requirements, you may be able to replace or exchange the item.
